Ordered Pizza Tonno today. Fast delivery, pizza was hot and very tasty. Great value for money

I ordered a rib steak medium, picked it up (a bit of waiting time), unpacked at home. Looked delicious, on the plate ... croquettes and salad included. It was just delicious, from the first to the last bite. Medium hit great. Thanks for this great meal. 6 stars !!!!

Good evening Tonight we wanted to eat delicious pizza with the family! When we had gathered all our wishes, they called and ordered According to the seller, over 1 hour! After an hour we called! To hear nsxh because we were full of joy! We were told a maximum of 30 minutes and 33 minutes we would call again! Allegedly 1 to 2 minutes! After another 40km, the pizza arrived very warm but completely mushy ... the last time the restaurant didn’t come up !! Last time!

It's a shame that you have to give at least 1 star. Never again!!! We got cold food the last time and waited almost 3 hours for it to be thrown in the bin. We were promised by a lady on the phone because of our complaint that we would get the same food the next time we order it for free. Called today boss said no and just shouted around in the background. That is customer fraud. Was the last time we ordered there.

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star ... Waited over two hours for the food, well can happen ... Food arrived freezing cold, when I complained I was told that the next time I would get the same meal for free, so far so good. Today I wanted to order again on the condition that it was also free! You could still remember me. Well, a call back went like this, either pay or no food. Conclusion: never again! This is rude and definitely not customer oriented. Apparently they don't care about customers.

Absolutely not to be recommended! Actually 0 stars if possible. My sister ordered a schnitzel almost 2 weeks ago and suffered food poisoning, which was also medically proven! Thanks to Lieferando for uncomplicated help and compensation at this point, but an absolute no-go to El Toro! They didn't even refund the money for the schnitzel or even apologize. Complete "juice shop" flair and outrageous. In addition, unfriendly and miserable employees. Can advise everyone to order there and especially in the Corona time, something like that doesn't deserve any support. There are many other good restaurant. Greetings from Koblenz and don't be fooled by the “good” ratings. * Note on November 6th, 2020: This shows the outrageous and unprofessional way that the older employee suddenly called my sister today and complained to her about why the bad rating was given, although the error and the fault lay with them in advance . Again a place where the service and the food are 100% right. We were 2 people. Appetizer red garlic and lettuce. 2 x same main course see picture. One English as desired, the other medium as desired. Everything prepared to the point. Really an experience in Koblenz?

The pizza is delicious, I can also recommend the filet cream. In my opinion the best restaurant in Koblenz that delivers at the same time. Top

Is supposed to be open until 11.30 p.m. according to the internet, said shortly before 10 p.m. already very rudely that they already had, even though the delivery service had just left with food.

The reception was not exactly warm. You were simply sent to the smoking area, because the 6 available non-smoking places were already occupied. The smoking area reeked of stale smoke from the furniture. The ambience wasn't exactly appealing either, everything was full of hair on the tables and chairs. The floor could also be wiped. None of this would be worth a star. I just give 1 star because of the food. The salad was ok but nothing special. The fries were the standard of a chip shop. The rump steak was a bit too through, even though you ordered medium. We also always ate better steaks than this one, but you could eat it. The service was also quite listless, but the speed was OK. The price / performance ratio doesn't fit here at all, restaurant prices are taken, but the quality doesn't match the price at all. There are numerous restaurants in NRW that can do better and where the price is justified. Don't understand how to let one's existence go to waste. They should only specialize in pizza sales, because that's what they do there too. So can't recommend this place.

So the picture says everything. Unfriendly staff deliver schnitzel that are as thin as half a french fries and that was still a good piece on the fork

Not bad ones a month

The good thing is, the food is very cheap .. But, it doesn't taste good, not bad either, nothing special, not made with love. What I didn't like at all, it is actually still smoked. Really bad! It's like a pub.

Nice Indian Vegan / vegetable Biryani

My steak was absolutely perfect fried and absolutely tender and tasty. The price performance is good. The products are very fresh and tasty. Anytime again.

The waitress seemed like we we're intruding The cook was friendlier and more hospitable. Pizza was good. Salad huge.

Nice and delicious snitzels. Good appetide and welcome drink 'some kind of drink from Italy' Wasn't that bad!

Have to give them a star to write this review, the restaurant smells of mould and they have ashtrays on the tables which is not allowed. Ordered a steak and baked potato and salad, the salad had brown tips like when it's 3-4 days old. The baked potato was raw and cold in the center and when I told the waiter he didn't care. Don't waste your time and money.
